Temporary closure of Fishbourne footpath for upgrade works

Footpath 555 between the footbridge at Fishbourne Meadows (What3Words: ripen.stared.riverside) and the Sluice near Apuldram water works (What3Words: freshen.hazy.vine) will be temporarily closed between 21/07/25-15/08/25 whilst contractors appointed by WSCC Public Rights of Way Team undertake surface improvement works to the path. The works are taking place to improve accessibility as part of the King Charles III England Coast Path Project.
