Every year Fishbourne levies a sum of money through Council Tax which pays for its activities that financial year. This sum of money is called the Precept.

Every year the Council’s accounts are inspected by an Internal and an External Auditor to ensure that the money is being spent lawfully. More details on these audits can be found on the Audit page.
