Public Consultation on Potential Care Home Planning Application

Choice Care Group are proposing to demolish the existing Garden Room Studio building on the A259 Road –
Fishbourne, and replace it with a contemporary residential community home development.

The new development will meet the growing local demand for high quality residential care services. The buildings,
including 6 beds and 4 annexe apartments, is a residential community home for adults with disabilities such as learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. The landscaping will play a part in the function of the building.

We are keen to engage with as many local residents as possible to enable people to understand and support both the development and the service once operational. We will subsequently hold an open day for local people to come and view the facility once completed.
